My Sims trophies
I really hope at some point EA will start adding more my sims trophies, I played the my sims games a lot as a kid and I still love the characters, but I'm really hoping that now that the My Sims: Cozy Bundle is out they'll release more my sims trophies like King Roland, Princess Butter, Beebee, Makoto and etc. they're such cute characters and since they can add more fish, Gems and other things as add-ons to the original base game collections via packs I don't see why they can't add more My Sims trophies as well.
MySims: Task Book
On PC, when the tasks in the task book go onto a new page and I try to flip to the 2nd page of the book the book just auto closes and I cannot access any tasks on the pages after the first. I checked the other books (Relationship, Blueprint, and Essence Book), it doesn't happen with those, only the Task Book. Anyone else have this problem? Please fix!
I can't save MySims Kingdom progress
I ordered the Cozy Bundle, however the MySims Kingdom game doesn't save. When I click on the save button a window pops up that says NAND. I tried to repair and relaunch it multiple times already to try to fix the problem, but no success. Interestingly, the MySims doesn't have this problem, it works as it should. What should I do to get it to work? I'm lost.MySims: New Sims Fences
On PC, when moving the new exclusive Cozy Bundle Sims in, I believe it's called "Remodel" mode, if they have new fences that were added into the game with them for their businesses/homes, they will not snap together into a corner fence like the old original fences can. Yes I know you need to rotate them, this doesn't work. I do not think this was intended. Please fix this is bugging the heck out of me. Unless I'm freaking crazy. Let me know if anyone else is having this problem. (Unfortunately I'm on the road right now and cannot add a photo.)
MySims Not Opening
I was so excited to get MySims, and it is not launching. I've followed everything in the FAQ section, and I've uninstalled and reinstalled everything. I made sure my computer was fully updated. I restarted my computer. I did absolutely everything, and it's not launching. I'm about to give up and request a refund. Anyone know a fix for this before I do?
MySims Cozy Bundle Bugs!
Hi, Ive mentioned these bugs quite a few times before any of the patches yet sadly these bugs are never acknowledged. Firstly, I understand that you’ve fixed the audio bug so it doesn’t play one song however it will only play one song in Workshop, Decorate, and Build Mode on MySims, one song is looped until you exit and go back in the mode which never happened in the original MySims for Wii & PC. For Kingdom the buildings still only loop one audio unless you walk away and come back which also in the original Kingdom never occurred it’d play both songs without having to walk away. Also with Kingdom on Nintendo Switch in boat cutscenes Buddy’s icon next to his name when he talks is not present, however on PC Buddy AND Lyndsay’s icons are missing in boat cutscenes. I’m hoping both of these will be fixed in a future update, and then the game will be perfect to me once again!
MySims Medieval Socialize Bug
I’ve been stopped at 2 places in the game now and can’t move on. First, in Cowboy Island when you get to the part where you need to Socialize with Rusty, no matter how much I click either option, nothing happens. I am having this same problem with Vic Vector on Rocket Reef. I’ve saved, exited, and restarted the game and nothing changes. I can’t move on in the game unless I successfully socialize with these characters. Hopefully an update comes out soon.
Chef's Table Task Cannot Complete
I have made over 10 tables for the chef. I have used ALL the required essences to paint exactly 4/4 of both green and red apples. I have made tables using in excess of the 4/4 requirement. I have tried everything. The completion chime goes off when I meet the 4/4 requirement. So telling me that I am done. However when I give it to the chef, he asks me, were there no green apples in the forest? Oh I should have mentioned that. I am literally at a standstill and unable to proceed. I've logged out and back in. Other than starting a whole new game and trying the entire sequence over, I don't know what to do. Any suggestions as to what I am missing?
Cannot Move Sims In
I am no longer able to move sims into my town. I invited Flipper to live in my town and when I go to move him in nothing happens. I’ve tried inviting other people and when I invite them they say they’ll wait for me to move them in, but when I speak to them again it’s like they never agreed to move in. It only suggests Flipper to move him in and it won’t let me move him in. I select his name and then the dialogue box goes away and nothing happens. The building screen doesn’t appear or anything.
Octopus Essence glitch
Lately when playing the game, I’ve been having trouble collecting the octopus essence. When I try to fish for it, the bobber just stays in the water until the bubbles disappear. When I try to get it from the sink, it stacks on top of each other where the faucet is making it unable to reach.Elmira deleted herself from the game?
Just ran into a bug on the Nintendo Switch version of the cozy bundle, where once I've completed the requirements for the "Needy Elmira" quest, once I go back outside she isn't there anymore, and when I tried to enter the castle the game crashed. I reloaded the game, tried to complete the quest again (Elmira still disappeared) but instead of entering the castle I went to the uncharted island to start that part of the story and headed back to capital island again. I can successfully enter the castle as normal again, and when it turned nighttime Elmira was in her house. Not sure why the game crashed the first time or why Elmira disappeared, but thought it was worth reporting.
Issue rotating camera when in build mode
As you can tell from the title. I have an issue with the camera rotating. When playing MySims Kingdom, I can rotate and zoom in and out without issue. When I go into build mode I can still rotate and zoom the camera. The second I am placing/holding and item, my camera is stuck however I have it. This is a recent issue, as I had been able to move the camera around previously while building houses or decorating. I tried looking into the game files and resetting my switch. I litteraly don't know what to do and it's making the game play significantly less fun to get rid of whatever I'm holding just to move the camera a little bit to the reselect what I'm holding and do that over and over and over again considering 90% of this game is building and decorating. I don't know if this is a bug or what???
MySims Bugs Jan/25
Hello! I've come to join the discussion regarding bugs that I've found with the game. Pathfinding seems to be a bit off in this game. I noticed Patrick wandering off to what looked like the middle of nowhere, so I followed, and he took the longest path possible to get to a patch of flowers. Sims like to get stuck on top of tea pots. Poppy was having a tea party and Patrick got stuck on top of it. Same with Mayor Rosalyn. Despite being at only 1 star, I suddenly had complete access to seeing what was in the Essence Book, spoiling new content. Roof textures are a little buggy. Fishing bobber tends to ignore bubbles when fishing, and it doesn't go down most of the time. Loading screen is dead quiet. Music in general is quiet. I remember the PC version having music when walking around town, and it's eerily quiet without it. Sims take a long time to appear in their homes. Noticed that blocks will clip into each other rarely in build mode. Mostly limited to corners. Night and day changing textures are slightly slower than they used to be. There's at least a few seconds overlap from when it changes from night to day, and the main character and any nearby trees are a bit darker than the background for that duration of time. Visual glitch when trees have Essences on them. Having a full tree will make the Essences on them disappear until you shake the tree. Known glitch from the PC version as well. Cassandra needs her own relationship book page. Who is she? What does she like? Still no clue almost 20 years later. Thanks for letting me dump these here. The Essence Book glitch is still bumming me out a bit lol.
