Re: Xbox one won't connect to sims 4 gallery

Hi everyone,

Thanks for your reports, they help the team know something might not be working as expected! After investigating what was going on, we had a maintenance on the Gallery yesterday to address some connection issues, and we think these should be resolved now.

Please, let us know if you are still unable to connect today.

I am still unable to connect to the Sims 4 online gallery on my xbox. I'm definitely connected to the internet as the rest of my Xbox live and connections are working.

I am still unable to connect ive been trying since your last post is this going to be fixed or is it an ongoing issue? Thank you for your time

@CommishLawWonder @cowboygus03  There was maintenance yesterday on the Gallery to help correct these issues.

Please make sure you have shut down the game completely and relaunched it to see if it works for you now.

Nope mine is still saying could not connect. It’s been doing that for about two weeks now. I’m need y’all to fix this it’s super frustrating

Same. I am unable to connect to the Gallery. I have cleared everything with the Xbox one and still nothing

Same! Been trying for almost an hour. Following all tips given and still can't connect

I still can't connect to the gallery 

So the gallery is gone now

I’m still having the issue getting on to the gallery but it was working three days ago but now it says to connect which I do but it says that it is unable to connect 

I also cannot connect to gallery on Xbox I am connected to Internet and I have live subscription. Very frustrating am I missing something.

So after just saying I cannot connected I selected change profiles and just signed back in again and for some reason it worked.

Hey Simmers, The Sims 4 servers will be undergoing maintenance today starting @ 1PM PT. The Gallery will be unavailable on PC, console, and https://t.co/MNjr4wZxvj website. The Sims 4 will be playable offline during this maintenance window. No estimated duration.

Gallery never works.... And it's winding me up I spent alot of game on this game and buying all packs just to never be able to go on gallery because you ea who don't care

Same. Working one day and gone the next. I'm too lazy to make HOUSES with a freaking xbox controller.

I have been having this issue for over a week now. It is not my internet, the XBOX says it has a flawless connection. And all my other games work so... It will not let me on the gallery most of the time, and the handful of times I do manage to 'be online' 5 mins into a build I get told I am not online... even though EVERY SINGLE OTHER THING REQUIRING INTERNET IS CONNECTED AND WORKING. So as you can see... it is the game I paid HUNDREDS of dollars for full pop. What a WASTE of my money for something I cannot even use!

This thread was created due to an outage that was happening back in January. That particular issue was resolved, so to eliminate confusion I'm going to lock this thread. 

If you're running into problems connecting to the Gallery it may be down for maintenance. If you find that you still can't connect once maintenance has ended please post a new thread and we'll take a look.
