The method @xen094 fixes most of the time this issue.
If it doesn't Clearing Origin Cache could also do the trick.

If you close down Origin and right-click on the desktop shortcut icon to run as administrator does that fix it? That could be anti-virus related, make sure Origin and Apex are added to the exceptions list for your anti-virus.

I just did the previous suggestion, but it made me download the game all over. It plays now, so tat's fine for me

what do you mean by that because my brothers apexs just says resumeing dont understand if you could link a video that would be ok
