Its not based on the email but the account. @Dashavok

Twitch/amazon account needs to be linked to the account you want it on but if its connected to another account relinking that twitch account cant move data over.

Can you walk me through the steps of linking the account? When I click to view linked accounts it just says no account linked and no option to add the account.

Hello!
I have tried everything. I have tried un-linking and re-linking my account. I have tried every link I have found and it is still not showing up as linked. I even linked my steam to my EA account which I know is linked to my Prime Gaming account.
