Re: Apex Legends Twitch Prime gaming loot missing.

How unfortunate, out of the prime skins I've gotten this is perhaps the first one that I liked enough to put on the character (outside of rocking the wraith skin on occasion to troll my friends).

Have you tried re-doing the account link from the twitch website?  I've had some issues getting prime loot to come over, but going to the twitch prime page and doing it again resolved it.  Good luck!

    @pandareno1999 I haven't tried doing that from the twitch website since I don't know how to do that honestly but I can redo the account link from the EA website and hopefully that works.

    I've had it happen twice where I thought I had finished the process of redeeming the loot, but somehow something got missed and when I tried again, the loot appeared on my account.

    @pandareno1999 I already redid the account link from the EA website just now and I went back to my twitch prime account and clicked on the valkyrie outfit to see what it would say but it states that it's already been claimed(since I did claim it almost a week ago) like if I never redid the account link.

    @StupendousJJ Sorry for the delay, If you sign in to help.ea.com, Can you try selecting Accounts (at the top) > My cases > the case > Resume?

    If not If you select the contact us option at the top, it might show you your existing case with the option to make a new one, can you see if either will allow you to finish making the case to select a contact option?
  • @EA_Illium When I press the "contact us" button, do the same process as I did before, and press the "select contact option" button it just immediately shows me my case info again.

    @StupendousJJ Can you clear your cookies/cache or try a different browser and see if you can make a new case?
  • @EA_Illium I've already tried deleting my cookies/cache and I've went on a different website browser to make a new case but it still automatically states my case info and doesn't give me the option to "select a contact option".
