are you and your friend sure that he send it to the right person? Generally speaking, issues regarding missing gifts are handled by EA Support, but if the gift was made several months ago, they will be unable to help with it. Once a gift is given, it is not possible to reverse it, and any gift given and not received is not possible to be located after such a long time.

My gift is also missing and i'm a bit depress, because that is the first item i ever got from apex store. He is on pc and I'm on xbox, but i log in and out it doesnt work, he have a screen shot of the purchases and it was my account and i never receive it ☹️.

I did my friend and I have been trying everything and do I the receiver need login verification on because the website never said anything?

Community ManagerThe article states what is needed for the transaction, and log in verification is not needed for the receiver. There are different issues that could've come into play, but I cannot check any of that information here.
If the gift didn't get to you, you, or rather your friend, who send the gift, will have to contact EA Support, as there is nothing we can do in the forum about it.
