Hey @rocktmaan,

Which platform do you play on, Steam, the EA app, or something else?

    @si13nce  Gotcha! In some cases those can take up to 24 hours to be delivered to the account, but if you've restarted the game after that point and still aren't seeing the coins you'll need to reach out to that site.

    Our support would be able to assist with purchases from trusted retailers, which you can find more information on here. If you're having any trouble with a code from a different retailer not listed there, you'd need to speak with them directly.

  • @EA_Mako I got mine from Amazon, but same as @si13nce I redeemed mine on the 22nd and created a case after 24 hours but haven't heard back. The case says "waiting for player" but have not recieved any responses I've checked spam as well.

    @keelfin

    Depending on the particular code, in some cases it can help to log in via the EA app. If that triggers the codes to appear, you'll be able to swap back to Steam to use them normally.

    As it's been more than 24 hours, if you still aren't seeing them after that point, you'd need to get in touch with Amazon directly per this information.

  • @EA_Mako Logged into the EA app and it still didn't add the coins to the account. Also, since it is a digital code it can not be returned since I already activated it. Could this be an Apex Server issue since it seems to be happening to quite a few people atm?

    @si13nce No, sorry. We wouldn't be able to provide that on the forums.

    You can try contacting support, but with these particular codes if there's an issue redeeming it you'll be redirected back to the retailer for certain vendors, Amazon being one in particular.

    @keelfin

    We're looking into a separate issue with coins being purchased directly through Steam, but that's not affecting the majority and wouldn't impact the ability to claim a valid code as in this case.

    For codes not purchased from one of the trusted retailers listed in that prior link, you'd need to work with the retailer to secure a replacement code or for a return.
