I linked and relinked to the same account.
Even if i did relink it to another account, would all my items I spent money on be permanently erased?
Also, is there another way of contact you can provide.

unfortunately, the process of unlinking your account will make you lose your Apex process. This is explicitly stated in the article regarding unlinking platform accounts here:

Unlinking risks for Apex players
If you unlink a platform account that you use to play Apex Legends, you might have issues with Battle Pass leveling, item unlocks, and other errors.
Instead of unlinking and relinking a platform account you play Apex on, we recommend starting fresh on a new account.
There's nothing we can do in this situation.

so, all that money I spent is just gone now.? There's ALWAYS an issue with EA somehow. So, there's no way to get my account items back now?????? Will there be a fix in the feature???
I can't just lose all my stuff.
Also, I don't know about you but when I see a multi-million-dollar game releases something I tend to trust that it's safe to do the thing that THEY RELEASED. So, excuse me if I didn't read the form that was NOT mentioned when cross progression was released.

you went through the process of unlinking and relinking your account, a process that is not mentioned in cross progression either and is generally recommended against. If you go through a process but don't read up on that process beforehand, then we cannot help you.
The issue with two accounts and the consequences of unlinking accounts is also mentioned in the guide to cross progression:
While relinking the accounts should restore progress, this is not guaranteed. If there's any chance that you linked it to a different account, you might still be able to relink it to the old account and potentially get your progress back, but if you're completely sure that this is the account that you originally linked it to, then there is nothing that can be done.
There's no way whatsoever then to get my cosmetics back then?
Also, I apologize for dragging this out for so long, but I really don't want to lose all of my items i worked for and bought.

Your best bet is to simply contact EA support, inform them of your situation and they'll be able to "undo" the link & unlink process you've done 🙂
At least that's what other people say. I would be more than happy to "contact" Ea if there was a way to contact them lol. They don't have an email or anything.
I really need to know how to contact ea as well..I'm having the same exact problem..linked my Xbox an PC account..lost my heirloom on Xbox all my coins just says -99999 now even free legends are locked..still have my PC heirloom but everything on console is gone..and I'm a day 1 player on Xbox..PLS HELP!!!!
We should not let this go..we need help and have spent money on a game that's been around this long and shouldn't have these problems..I mean if it was a month old ok..but season 19 and still major problems like this..losing day 1 progress that's not right..just because I don't stay on whatever news feed said don't do something..really mad..NEED HELP.

From there, you will have the option to send an e-mail or potentially even start a live chat.
I have the exact same problem as these two and I'm sure many others do to. This is unacceptable and turning it on us saying it is our fault that some obscure EA chat told us not to, which I couldn't even find. I had to find it through a YouTube video description. This needs to be fixed or at least addressed as an issue being solved.
For getting in contact with EA support could you detail a way to find the contact options (not just send the link).
I'm also a day one player but have lost an that account in the past, I am not losing another to some issue that we weren't even told about.

Follow the link, then choose Apex Legends under Game Support, and then the topic "I want to move my game progress to another account", as this is the most fitting for your issue. This will give you the option to contact support.

I hope this can be addressed and fixed ASAP because I do not want to just lose everything.
I also lost everything the first time. I shared an account under the same email as my bf and he was a higher level so I had to start from the beginning. But today is April 2, 2024 and I just signed in on my new account I created after I lost everything during cross progression and it made me go through it all over again I was level 101 and at battle pass 64 I had money put into it and not it’s completely gone because it synced with another account that doesn’t exist so now I’m back to being a day 1 player and every-time I try to contact EA it say the page no longer exists. Im furious and probably not going to play Apex anymore.
I lost my all my progress after y'all did cross progression and i just started was at lvl 20 unlocked rampart after i won a game you hit me with cross progression lost my lvl lost my battlepass progression all that what are y’all gonna do about this

I lost everything new I got from this season as well idk why they merged my account again when it was perfectly fine the first time now I lost all my stuff and battle pass tier 71 I was lvl 141 in green and now I’m at 80 this is some bs
