@FionaRhianne  That laptop should handle all Sims 4 packs together on medium-high settings, or maybe high if you didn't install all of the EPs or didn't mind somewhat lower framerates.  (People have different preferences.)  It's a good laptop for what it does; it's just not a gaming machine.

Just so you know, you could do significantly better on the hardware for the same price.  This Lenovo has a stronger processor and a graphics card that would handle all Sims 4 content on ultra settings, although only barely:

There are a number of upgrades available, including getting a much faster graphics card (£50) and doubling the RAM to 16 GB (somehow free).
