Appeal for Banned Account in Apex Legends
Hello EA Community Team,
My EA account Wztong1 )was banned nearly two years ago while I was playing Apex Legends. Since then, I have tried to appeal many times through the official channels, but the appeals were always rejected with a final notice that the ban will not be reversed.
I want to emphasize that I have spent a lot of time and money on this account, including multiple in-game purchases. Because of the ban, I cannot use my purchased content and cannot buy or play Battlefield V, which I was really looking forward to.
During all my time playing Apex Legends, I have never intentionally violated any rules. I have never used cheats, third-party software, or engaged in unfair behavior. If the ban was caused by a misunderstanding or unintentional action, I sincerely apologize.
I kindly ask for another review of my case. I really hope to return to the EA community and continue supporting EA games.

Wztong1 Unfortunately, banned accounts cannot be handled on the forums as that can only be handled by the EA TOS Team.

If the EA TOS Team had informed you to "not expect anything further", then sadly the ban will be upheld.
I kindly ask for another review of my case. I really hope to return to the EA community and continue supporting EA games.
As mentioned above in this reply, only the EA TOS Team can handle ban appeals.
