JINX ARCANE LEGEND CONCEPT

PLEASE it would be so good  trust me 

Class: Skirmisher

Passive: Get Jinxed (speed boost and extra damage when dealing damage or destroying doors windows abilities etc) 

Tactical: Flame Chompers (three Grenades that activate when enemies get close stun enemies and deal small damage but have a chain effect dealing more damage the closer you are)

Ultimate: Fishbones Rocket Launcher (fires a limited use rocket that moves slowly through the sky able to ping it across the map in a limited area and it deals more damage the further it flies, leaves an explosion plus fire and a toxic area after exploding) 

her kit should have controlled instability like her abilities are a bit of a gamble soemtiems her abilities do different things her rocket can be faster or become electrically charged etc her chomped grenades can zap enemies rather to an explode and her passive boost can become very aggressive and colour the screen pink while dealing extra damage or taking damage!!

Her skins as well there are so many possibilities from arcane and even league of legends she would suit apex so well with the movement mechanics and mass damage
