They're right that our live support advisors can't look into or overturn bans. You'll need to reach out to our terms of service team. They're the ones who'll be able to take a look into any disputes that you want to raise.

Hey there, a lot of times you will never be given the exact reason of the ban. They will however give you a category reason why a ban was made. This is not to hide or keep information from you. But, to keep detections and how they work as secret as possible. If cheat devs knew exactly what was triggering bans they would easily be able to change their systems to bypass those detections. For that reason a category is given to users which could cover a lot of things in that category to keep the mystery in place.
