False Gameplay Enhancement Ban

I’m sorry to hear how frustrating this has been, especially after playing for such a long time and submitting multiple appeals.

Unfortunately, we can’t review the evidence behind an account action, determine whether the “Gameplay enhancement” detection was correct, overturn the ban, or escalate an individual appeal from the forums. Appeals are reviewed by the Terms of Service Team through the official process.

If the option to appeal is still available in your Penalty History, you can submit another appeal and include any new or relevant information you feel may help with the review. Although the emails may use standard wording, appeals are reviewed individually rather than being automatically decided by a bot.
