No Response from Ban Dispute
My account was banned for no reason in March, so I disputed it immediately after receiving my ban. The only option in EA help is "contact via email". So I supplied my information(email, name). And all I get is
WE RECEIVED YOUR CASE Your case has been submitted, our advisor will contact you soon!
But ever since that message, I have never received any form of reply. Not even a confirmation email says the case has been submitted. And there is no case established, either. I disputed 2~3 times after one month of no reply, but all my disputes have no response.
I'm confused as I don't know what else to do. There is no option for an online chat with an agent. So, I'm looking for help from the forum.
