-9999 stats issue

So i updated apex and tried to play but once i logged in i saw i had all -9999 loading and i couldnt access legends or store but only could play, please help..

Do you play on a console, by any chance? And did you recently unlink it and link it to a different EA account?

Heyy, i beleave i unlinked ps4 acc and linked back but idk if it was from this acc or diff immma try all my acc hopefully 1 will fix it tysm <3

@cozydeniss,

It's just that Apex can get very unstable if you unlink the platform you play it on from your EA account, but this can be fixed by linking it back to the original EA account. If you've linked it somewhere else, then this might be what's causing the issue.

Hey turns out it was the issue yes can you unlink my ps4 acc from this acc tho please? I cant do it myself till 18th october

I unlinked my platform on august to link it to another account. I now cannot unlink it due to the 6 month waiting and cannot access legends tab or anything. I can't find where to email ea or to call them. Please help. Thanks.
