Im having the same issue. This is definitely a problem that needs to get fixed because its not fair. When you contact support they dont do anything for you.

This most certainly is not working as intended. My k/d ratio in ranked arenas 1.00. I'm not cheating, I'm not hacking. How am I supposed to rank up when I lose -20 AP for losing a game, but only gain +12 AP for winning? It's set up for failure. This is a bug, so fix it.
Its so annoying. I've been hard stuck Sliver 1 for almost 2 weeks now I have no idea what respawn is doing. I can't play with my plat friend because of it.
This is the worst point system I've ever experienced my friends get 98 100 ap and I get 12-14 but I lose 20 18 like I've been stuck for weeks and this is the most * thing I have ever been through please fix this
then why do my friends get up to 100 ap after arena wins?

The hell it isn't. I'm only getting 13 AP for a win and I'm in SLIVER 1 I've been in sliver 1 for the longest time. Because of people being "Gatekeepers" and me actually winning does nothing. This isn't working please stop responding with a Copy-Paste message.
Ea_attic how is this working as intended when my fellow gold 1s are getting 30-40 per win and I’m getting 12 while putting up more kills and damage. Give me a real answer man why is this happening
They won’t, real players who play a lot and enjoy the game are all going through this. I started a new account instantly was gold 3 and still don’t get more than 12-25 AP no matter what
Please stop with the lies, and realizze there is 100% obviously something BROKEN HERE!
