200+ ping servers in EU
I have been having serious issues with the server for about 2 seasons now. To boil down the issue, every 3-4 games I will get a 200 ping game regardless of which mode I am playing (ranked or unranked...

@EA_Illium this still hasnt been resolved =^)
It's not on your end, and don't change the DNS settings like they recommend.
I might have found a fix for it, I haven't had the ping issue ever since I did this:
Open your CMD prompt, and type in ipconfig /flushdns and hit enter. This will clear your DNS cache files.
