Community ManagerIf you disconnect, it's looking like you're abandoning the match so you'll also be hit with the penalty when that happens.
Yesterday, I had no disconnects, was amazing! but hey o literally just got on today for my first game....Bam... code: cloud...new one to add to the list of errors I've had so far. Again why do you even have the 10minute ban...it's pointless. just remove it.
I also want to mention I've been seeing more and more people disconnect from the game now. I play on the Tokyo servers and I'm guessing the Tokyo servers are not in a good state, loads of games where I'm by myself of with 1 other...which I guess isn't to bad as I get loss forgiveness if I die without getting positive. however saying that, I know the person who probably didn't get in got a big - 72 points and 10 mins ban which is just amazing to receive.
You have yet to reply about a solution to this problem and have only given advice for sorting out our connection on our end???? and basically saying for anyone dealing with connection problems on your end will be dealt with "cheating" procedures and receive abandoned penalty. If it's your server problems, why are we being punished? This is seriously a joke. I don't understand how you guys can't tell the difference between the errors and just bunch them all together to be equal and by equal, that means anyone who receive an error is essentially "cheating" in your eyes. Really clever, isn't it.
