About Apex anti-cheat
I want to know if the Apex anti-cheat auto-ban script will conflict with Tencent ATC anti-cheat.
Today I played Apex at an esports hotel. I entered the game while Tencent's ATC anti-cheat system was running. In the afternoon, my account was banned. However, previously, it was not allowed to enter Apex while ATC was running, so maybe a conflict caused my account to be banned?
Just three years ago, my original account was hacked; the hacker used cheats to play on my Apex account and emptied my entire Steam inventory. At that time, I had already played for 1600 hours. But today, for reasons I completely don't understand, and without any hacker involvement, the account was automatically banned by the system. I had played this account for nearly 800 hours and had previously sent an email to EA support but received no response. Now I am submitting an appeal again, hoping to get some attention. I have noticed that recently many players in China have been banned for the same reason, which is very perplexing. We love this game deeply, but the feedback we have received from the game’s official support has made us feel very frustrated.
Why can't the issues faced by players who love this game be properly resolved? Moreover, it is very difficult for us to contact professional technicians to handle these problems.
In short, we all hope that Apex becomes a better game. This is the most enjoyable battle royale game I have ever played, bar none. I sincerely hope that the Apex official team can pay attention to these issues and address them, and also establish a presence on some media platforms in China. This way, we can receive feedback more promptly, and updates can reach us faster, allowing everyone to stay informed more quickly.
