account got hacked, hacker used cheats and now im banned

My account is getting hacked and the person probably using cheat on my account.  once i got back my account, it already says that its banned. what  can i do about this can i get my account back bec...

The EA staff who work here on AHQ cannot help directly with account-related issues, such as bans or having been hacked.

If you feel you have been incorrectly banned, the only thing you can do is to dispute any action taken against your EA account by following the steps in this article:

FYI it might be as good idea to turn on 2 factor authentication on your account, if you haven't already.

    Hi @alreadyfuell, 

    @OldTreeCreeper is correct! Please follow the steps in the articles they've linked to resecure your account and appeal any bans on there if you thing there's been some mix-up. 

    I'd add, please also make sure to take advantage of the security settings available for any of the connected accounts linked up to the EA account as well to ensure they are also secure. Examples of connected accounts include the email address registered, accounts such as Steam, Amazon and Twitch, Console accounts (PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, etc),mobile accounts (Apple ID, Google Play) and Social Media accounts (Facebook).
