My account was hacked (via steam). I opened a case to dispute a ban after a hacker used my account. EA said this.... No requests for proof... Just told me to do another request? I'm confused as to wh...
If your account was comprised/hacked you will first need to contact https://help.ea.com/en-gb/help/account/secure-hacked-ea-account/ in order to secure your account.
You should also take appropriate measures to secure your associated E-mail account
After that you will need to reach out to the Terms of Service team https://help.ea.com/za/help/account/information-about-locked-or-banned-or-suspended-accounts/
about the ban placed on your account.
