Sadly, banned accounts cannot be handled on the forums as that can only be handled by the EA TOS Team.

If your EA Account is still hacked and you are needing help with recovering it, you would need to contact EA Support.

Note: EA Help is currently experiencing high que times due to the launch of a few new EA games, (so it may take longer than usual to secure your EA Accounts and to appeal your bans).
In the meantime, I recommend not opening up more than one case for each issue as that can cause further delays.
