I'm really sorry to hear that your account has been hacked. To recover your account, you can follow the steps in this article: What to do if your EA Account has been hacked.
Once you have recovered your account, if there are any bans, you can send a dispute to the Terms of Service team: Get information about EA Account locks, bans, and suspensions

When I start a case it says that the case was received, but when I go to ''My Cases" tab there is nothing.
Community ManagerIn this case, please try setting up a new EA account and contacting EA Help Support from this new account. You can then let them know about the problem creating cases from your main account and explain that you're trying to recover that account.
