Account is disabled, despite having a new account

I can't register through steam, because it says that "Your account is disabled". On Origin, I have another account that isn't disabled and it still doesn't recognize that I have another account, how can I fix this? I contacted support, but also posting it here for some help. I can't unlink the steam account from the hacked banned account because I can't access it.

    Hey @C1CLouD,

    Disabled accounts will typically require you to reach out to support to unlock after some verification.

    I'd definitely suggest going through these steps, similar to what Asmodeus566 mentioned.

    After that you can create a new case to speak with support here if you haven't already done so.

    They'll be able to take a closer look at what caused the account to be disabled and can help out with any other needed steps at that point.

    Sorry to hear about your situation I hope this advice helps you out.

    I would suggest you contact an EA advisor through EA help.

    There cold be some issues due to the hacked account.

    Also when you get it all straightened out or for the future you should probably enable 2 factor ID to better safeguard your account.
