Account Recovery / Lost Access....... ANY HELP

My main account which I lost access too was created using the Ex Wifes Email and Phone #..... i have all the transactions that were linked to the EA account still on my PlayStation. only thing is that Apex did an update making all users having making me having to log back in. which I cant remember. :(&nbsp;
