account reset
Hi, I had a level 500 account and I had not play Apex Legend for a year. Recently I want to play this game, after I log in, I found my acccount turn back to level 1, I don't know how to fix this, so want to ask for help😢

I'm an apex player. Due to academic issues, I haven't logged in for a long time. Recently, when I logged in, I found that all the content on my account seems to have been reset to zero, including the items I recharged before. Now I want to start playing with my friends again. Could you please help me restore my account？Thank you
