Account reset

9eaf5f25059d8508​ If the platform account (Xbox or PlayStation) you used to play Apex on is now linked to the EA account without your previous progress, support might not be able to locate that old account with the information available. You can check by seeing if the platform account is listed under your Connected Accounts page. 

This page has a couple of additional suggestions to help locate that old account. Especially checking the email your platform account was created with to see if a different EA account was created through it. 

If you know your EA ID, it might be worth contacting support to see if they can find the account, though they might need to verify your ownership of the account before sharing any account-specific information. You can do so by using the Contact Us button at the bottom of the page with those suggestions on it. Please note that it might take a couple of tries, so we appreciate your patience.

Unfortunately I’m having trouble locating what email I used, is there any way I can get help from support with that

Game progress is stored at the EA account level, so seeing as your progress in-game has been reset, it sounds like you might be signed in to the wrong account. You'll need to locate the EA account you previously played through to regain access to your past progress.

Please check your email address(es) for receipts if you've made purchases in the past to confirm the old account's email, and try different credentials or login methods to locate the correct account.
