Account reset
I was somewhere around level 1000 and now I’m back to 0 all legends locked all skins heirloom everything gone.. any insight?

Xbox, have been for years didn’t get a new one and haven’t unlinked anything just started the game today and back to zero

Could you please go to the Connected Accounts tab in your EA Account settings portal and check that first? Please also make sure you are signed in to the correct Xbox and EA Account.
