Account Was Reset, Lost A Lot of Money

Hello,

My Apex Legends account appears to have been reset, and I have lost access to all of my previously purchased in-game content, including cosmetics and other items that I paid for over time.

I have invested a significant amount of money into this account, and all of those purchases are now missing. My account level and progression also appear to be affected

I have not requested a reset or made any changes that should cause this. I would really appreciate it if you could investigate this issue and restore my account purchases and progress.

Please let me know if you need any additional information such as transaction history or receipts.

  • chironasaurus​ Did you unlink any platform account from your EA Account?

    I'm asking because your Apex progress and data is stored on your EA Account, and unlinking any platform account can cause a loss of some, (or all), of your Apex progress and data, (which may not be recoverable even if you relinked the platform account(s) back to your EA Account).
