That would definitely be pretty concerning, though it looks like this would be due to which EA account was used.
Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress and it will appear to have reset. It looks like when you were prompted to log back in, you've just signed into a different EA account - the one you're using now is nearly brand new, so if you've been playing since Season 3 that would have been on another EA account.
We are not able to make any changes to your account status or progress via the forums, but if something was linked or unlinked incorrectly it would definitely be worth contacting support to see if the original account can be re-linked rather than this new one.
