AFK penalty for not being AFK

AFK while i'm playing , and give me error carsh of something like that and suddenly i found myself in login screen when i enter the lobby i found Abandoned game penalty while my friends already still in the game and this not the first time
weird error after that you get AFK Abandoned for another 10 min. and you lose another 50 points from your current rank so really wtf is happening and no response form support in bugs last season now this , Error message and it's the second game for me today and same error twice
