All my Apex progress gone

Hi my PlayStation account on Apex has lost all of my progress and skins after I reinstalled it on my ps5 after a few years. I tried installing my ps4 version but it was the same as the ps5. I tried unlinking and then relinking my EA connection with my PlayStation account. Please help!
