Hmm, that's pretty strange. Have you tried repairing the game to see if that makes any difference at all? If you're using Origin you can right-click on Apex Legends in your Library and choose the Repair option when the menu pops up.
If you're using Steam try verifying the integrity of the game files to see if that helps. For more information on how to verify the file integrity check out the Steam Support website. Let me know how that goes once you're able to give it a try. Thanks!

It may be an actual connection issue in that case. Did you also have the chance to try changing your DNS to see if that helps?

I tried the dns servers fix, and I've verified the game files probably 20-30 times at this point. but I will have finished a ranked game and in the lobby the ready button is grayed out and says "all party members must reach level 10" then when game is restarted it gives the infinite loading circle and never does anything. I've run connection checks on steam ea with my isp and it all is pristine. The only thing that I've found that fixes it is completely reinstalling the game everytime and with it happening at least one or two times a week that ends up taking a lot of time uninstalling and reinstalling. any ideas?
