Hmm, that's pretty strange. Have you tried repairing the game to see if that makes any difference at all? If you're using Origin you can right-click on Apex Legends in your Library and choose the Repair option when the menu pops up.
If you're using Steam try verifying the integrity of the game files to see if that helps. For more information on how to verify the file integrity check out the Steam Support website. Let me know how that goes once you're able to give it a try. Thanks!

It may be an actual connection issue in that case. Did you also have the chance to try changing your DNS to see if that helps?

yes.Also tried putting google dns didnt work.

What happens if you try setting up a Clean Boot on your PC before launching Apex Legends? If there's anything else running in the background that could be blocking the connection that might help to get around it.
