all party members must reach level 10 error

everytime I can play 1 ranked game and then when I want to queue up again it says all party members must reach level 10 and I am level 200+. Also before that I am trying to connect to lobby and I hav...

I am having issues as well. I can play but when I try playing with friends they join me and it says they’re level 1, when they actually arent. And it isn’t letting me play ranked with friends.
