Having your progress reset like this would definitely be concerning especially if you've played as far back as the first season. Usually when this happens, it's due to unlinking a platform or linking one to a different EA account.
Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress and it will appear to have reset. It looks like that's what happened here, as the EA account you're posting with wasn't even around at the time of Apex Season 1 / 2.
In this case you'd need to try re-linking your Xbox account not to this EA account, but to whichever other EA account it was linked to originally. We are not able to make any changes to your account status or progress via the forums, but if something was linked or unlinked incorrectly it would be worth contacting support to see what options they have to help re-link the original accounts.
