What is actually happened is that all season progress has been reduced to the beginning, and a fair bit of the actual overall level has been reduced. The items that were one in the battle pass are still unlocked, even though it indicates that they haven't been claimed yet, so when you win a level progress you don't get to claim the prize because the system already knows that you've claimed it. So that's a thousand Apex coins down the toilet at this point.
I was Just logging in for the day but when I logged in All my Account progress were wiped off. My level back to 1 used to be 350+, my rank wiped off, My trackers and badges also gone. I kept all my skins and cosmetics but i lost most of my progress for this season. I stuck on the Training just like when i started play this but then when i passed the tutorial nothing changes.
I've given Apex roughly $500 with all of the coins I have bought. Yes a Nintendo Switch user. To have my progress reset like this.. very infuriating. It can be fixed so simply just roll back the game data of all Switch users to March 13th. If this isn't fixed I'll never make a purchase from EA EVER again
