An error related to the microphone collapses the game for me

Question

During the game, some kind of error related to the microphone pops up and minimizes the game for me. I don't know why this appears. Everything is fine with my voice in the game. The error appears a month ago and appears on any version of Windows 10. I tried to reinstall the game, it did not help.

@crinrict The language of my system is Russian. Windows speech recognition is not supported for it.
