Yea didn't work for me either

Checked just now on PC, launched via Steam, no go. Launched via Origin, still no go.

I've had the same problem on PS4 for over a month. I have never had any issue playing on ps4 to be honest.
It is indeed the social popup error 145 (bad hardware type). I have tried EVERY, SINGLE supposed fix for the other game logic issues and code net issues. Very few of the advisors are willing to concede with me on the phone that this is the case and a problem on their end. the only "fix" i've found is quite literally going to a different user (same console), different psn name, and playing the game. The game works, but I have no progress, no items, no characters, obviously.
It's been incredibly frustrating, but at this point I believe it is solely up to them to solve the problem. I do not believe it to be a hardware issue at all (many advisors have tried to push this on me as the problem). Please, EA, help and support your players and please recognize that while it seems this effects a small player base, it is preventing us entirely from playing the game. Until a proven fix/patch is released (i think it has to be a patch at this point), I will no longer put my effort and hours into this, though I will remain on this forum.

Can I check if anyone affected by this is in a club where they personally know the administrator? If so, can you test if getting kicked from the club has any impact on this issue?
