Anyone else have random middle mouse button clicks while holding left click?

I'm trying to troubleshoot something here and wondering if anyone has the same problem.

I have a Logitech G-Pro Wireless that as far as I know works in every game. But in Apex, sometimes randomly when I left click my middle mouse button triggers. This used to be my ping wheel now it's my melee button. Both of these triggering have gotten me killed more than I can count.

I wrote a simple Auto Hotkey that disables the middle mouse button as long as the left mouse button is clicked. But sometimes I forget to enable it and it gets me killed again.

Does anyone else have this problem in this game specifically? I've tried multiple online mouse key testers and can NEVER unintentionally register a middle mouse button click and this is the only game this happens in.
