Apex cant even load before it crashes.

Whenever I try to open Apex, it either crashes before it can get to the loading menu or it'll load then tell me to verify my files before crashing. I have verified my files, uninstalled and reinstalled the game, installed the game on both Steam and EA and nothing is working. I have also done a clean boot which has done nothing to change it. I've searched for solutions online but nothing has worked. 

My pc specs are:

i9-14900KF,   64 GB RAM,      3080ti OC Edition,     and on a SSD.

I've seen others having the same problem but nobody has found a solution. It would mean alot if someone who knows how to fix this could help or somehow a EA member sees this and fixes the issue since its effecting quite a few people.
