They checked all the wiring from my router to their street side box. That being said, I connected my own router and performed the port forwarding as well as cleared all the cache, and last jugt was the first night in a long time it didnt disconnect. Im in Telus at home. While away at work I use a Shaw wifi connection and I never disconnect. This might just be a Telus issue. I do have friends I okay with in the same town on Telus that don’t have the same problem. Its a weird one that only a few of us experience for some reason.
