Apex coins went to wrong account due to a account linking issue
Hello, I was told by EA support to create this thread as I bought enough apex coins to recieve a guranteed heirloom as that was something that Ive always wanted to have but for some unforseen reason the coins went to my secondary account where I now have the heirloom and skins from opening the packs. I contacted support to get immidiate help regarding this issue and was promised that they would transfer the skins over to my main account, but that did not happen. I have been in contact a few times and been told the same thing over and over again. I contacted support earlier today and they were helpful for once and told me to report a bug over here regarding the issue so that EA Support would contact me via this thread when the skins have been transfered.

I'm sorry for the confusion here, however this is not a situation we can assist with on the forums.
I do see in your earlier chats you had mentioned accidentally purchasing the packs on a secondary account, and were asking support to transfer the contents to your primary account instead.
Unfortunately, this is not possible. We cannot transfer your content from one account to another. This is not a bug, but simply not something we support.
