If you right click the game in Origin and then Repair, let that process finish and then reboot and retry playing, you should be good to go.

Followed the repair-procedure the first time it crashed, but didn't work since it crashed again.
SAme here, Got the crash error twice in Season 3 plus few freezes, but the most annoying thing is that I have huge FPS drops almost every game, I'm talking about 100+ fps drops, it goes from 144fps to 10fps sometimes making it unplayable. This happens even with the lowest video settings, actually seems to happen more often with low settings.
Somehow the fps drops seem to be related to when particular sounds are played in the game, example voice announcing ring closure, pathfinder zipline sound and of course close combat fights.
I have and nvidia 1070 and a ryzen 7 1700.
