Apex crashing in lobby,code 0x8000001

I've had this problem with apex for a while now and it keeps getting worse,i dont know what to do actually anymore so im contacting u guys,hoping maybe u could help.
Apex has been crashing for the past month now religiusly and idk what to do,ive checked with steam file integrity,becuase the main issue is when it crashes it says apex exited due to a problem with file integrity,code 0x8000001,ive done almost everthing,checked files,reinstalled,tried to fix the anticheat,but it isnt the case because i get to load into lobby,and when i load into lobby it crashes,never in the main menu,but now it started crashing while in game.ill go into firing range,tab out to try and fix my audio,cuz anytime i launch apex its like it bottlenecks my audio and makes it like in underwater  and idk what to do about that,and when i try to change the audio i tab back in apex and it crashes
Can u guys please help me cause its getting annoying
