Apex don`t launch

Apex does not start, the anti-cheat window appears, then
Waiting for game...
And the anti-cheat crashes, and Apex does not start
About a year ago, the game started normally
I have a new Windows, on which only the driver for NVIDIA and Apex itself are installed.
I tried to start it through Steam and EA, but nothing changes. I have not tried Origin
I will attach the anti-cheat log and DxDiag below.

Please help me solve the problem
