Apex fatal engine error

hey i play apex on steam/PC, lately i cannot play the game AT ALL. once i load up if im lucky enough to get to the lobby my PC freezes, all 3 of my monitors go black and nothing works for about 30 seconds then the game closes out and it says "

Ive tried chatgpt, online forums, uninstalling and reinstalling, verifying game files and ive tried changing the "launch options" in properties to a couple things ive seen online but nothing works.

is anybody else experiencing this and if so, how can i fix this?
