Apex forces my PC to soft restart

Yeah, the whining only happens when I'm tabbed into the game as well.

Have you had the chance to try starting up your PC in a Clean Boot to test and see if that makes any difference? If there's anything else running that could be related to the crashes that might help to get around it.

I tried a clean boot and unfortunately there's no change.

Looking through the diagnostics section I did notice that a process called Aac3572MbHal_x86.​exe has been crashing. It looks like this is part of the ROG lighting service. I've seen some cases in the past where Easy Anti-Cheat has run into conflicts with software like this, so I am curious if that might be related to what's happening here. 

First, can we try repairing or reinstalling Easy Anti-Cheat to see if that helps? You can find more information on how to do that at the Easy Anti-Cheat website. If you're able to give that a try please let me know if it helps.

Thank you for giving that a try as well. 

I've seen some cases where issues like this are graphics driver related as well. Can you try rolling back to an earlier driver to test and see if that makes a difference?
