I recently started having this problem as well and have been searching everywhere for fixes. Seeing people say that the PSU maybe a problem it may be our hardware but this is the only game that crashes my pc? There is currently a bug for Windows 11 users from the recent update
But I'm on windows 10 so I thought maybe this could also be a problem so I uninstalled the recent windows update and tried someone's method above which was to turn off your wifi adapter and turn off virus and threat protection.
It worked I no longer crashed in the lobby and was able to play for about a hour+ so hopefully this method works for you!
