Apex is freezing my pc when i start the game.

I start the game, and as soon as the initialiazing is at 100%, my PC is freezing, 10 out of 10 times.

i play on steam on a 12400k with a 2060 and 48 gigs of ddr5 ram, i tried verifying the game integrity, did not found anything, i completly cleard the temp files on windows, still no effect. I'm looking for a sollution.
